Cookie Policy
Version 1.0 ยท Effective 2026-08-07
This Cookie Policy explains how StreamEcon uses cookies and similar browser technologies. At the current stage of the Service, these technologies are used primarily for essential platform functions rather than advertising.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text values stored by a browser and sent with later requests to the same service. Similar technologies may include local storage, session storage, or security tokens kept by the browser.
2. Strictly Necessary Cookies
StreamEcon may use strictly necessary cookies for authenticated sessions, login persistence, CSRF protection, security, load/runtime coordination, and account or workspace preferences. Disabling these cookies may prevent login or cause important parts of the Service to stop functioning.
3. Remember-Me Functionality
If you choose a remember-me option, StreamEcon may store a longer-lived token that allows your browser to restore an authenticated session. The stored browser value should be a random token rather than your password. Server-side records may be revoked on logout, password/security changes, or administrative action.
4. Preferences
The Service may store non-sensitive preferences such as interface state, layout choices, or display settings in cookies or browser storage. Workspace configuration that must persist across devices is generally stored on the server instead.
5. Analytics and Advertising
StreamEcon does not currently state that it uses third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising technologies. If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking is introduced, this Policy will be updated and a consent or opt-out mechanism will be provided where required by applicable law.
6. Third-Party Content
Embedded third-party content, such as a Twitch player, may set cookies or use similar technologies under the third party's own policies. StreamEcon does not control those third-party cookies.
7. Managing Cookies
You can use browser controls to delete or block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies can prevent sign-in, account verification flows, dashboard use, or security protections from working correctly.
8. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when the Service begins using new categories of cookies or browser technologies. The effective date and version will be updated accordingly.
